
A native of Brooklyn NY, Dr. Blady graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Brooklyn College, and then earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate.
Following medical school, Dr. Blady performed his Neurology residency at NYU-Bellevue in NYC. He has been in private practice in both Essex and Passaic counties since 1987.
The doctor is board certified by the American Academy of Neurology, and is on staff at Mountainside, Clara Maass, and Columbus Hospitals.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Blady serves as the director of the Mountainside Stroke Unit. He is also the Subspecialty Faculty Coordinator in Neurology for the Mountainside Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program.
He has been awarded the Teacher of the Year Award by both the Internal Medicine and Mountainside Family Practice residency programs. In addition, Dr. Blady has been repeatedly named as a “Top Doctor” by the Castle Connolly organization, as well as by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
Dr. Blady is married, and the proud father of three children.

Dr. Vaccaro joined Neurological Consultants in 1997. A graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA in 1992, he completed his residency in Neurology at Mount Sinai Medical Center/Manhattan, in 1996, and a received his Fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease, EMG, and Movement Disorders at Bowman Gray-Wake Forest University/Winston-Salem, NC, in 1997.
Dr. Vaccaro has been named a “Top Doctor” in Neurology by New Jersey Monthly magazine in both 2006 and 2007. He is division Chief of Neurology at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ.
The doctor is Board Certified in both Neurology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is a member of The American Academy of Neurology, The American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, The American Clinical Neurophysiology Society, The Neurological Association of New Jersey, and The American Medical Association.
Dr. Bhawsar is a native of western NY, where he completed his bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in biochemistry, and his master’s degree in physiology, at the University of Buffalo. He then graduated medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He went on to complete medical internship at Atlantic City Medical Center, and Neurology residency at North Shore/Long Island Jewish Health System, serving as chief resident in the final year. He subsequently trained for an additional year in fellowship in clinical neurophysiology, and specializes in EMG/NCV testing.
The doctor joins Neurological Consultants to ambitiously serve the community with respect, empathy, and professionalism. His main interests are in peripheral neurology and neuromuscular disorders.
He is staffed at Mountainside, Clara Maass, and Columbus Hospitals, and is currently board eligible. He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
